Alexandra Serlinger has more than 12 years professional experience as a French lawyer (Hauts de Seine Bar) and as a Rechtsanwältin (German lawyer) at the Düsseldorf Bar.
After having practiced French tax law in international law firms in Paris, Alexandra acquired an expertise in German tax law in a Big4 firm in Düsseldorf.
Alexandra advises on tax and legal issues for both individuals and companies.
Alexandra holds a double Master’s degree in French and German law (Université Panthéon Sorbonne / Universität zu Köln) and a Master’s degree in Corporate Taxation from Paris Dauphine. She also holds an LL.M. (Master of Laws from) from the University of Cologne.
The firm regularly participates in training courses and seminars organised by associations of French nationals and expatriates in Germany (Düsseldorf Accueil, Expatriation Allemagne, International Women in Business) and provides practical advice in all areas of taxation (taxation of entrepreneurship and real estate).
Alexandra Serlinger works in collaboration with lawyers (specialists in different fiels e.g. labor law), notaries, accountants, and asset management consultants in order to provide a complete and adapted assistance to her clients.
The firm is able to correspond with its clients and the tax authorities in several languages, both written and spoken: French, German and English.
